prepare for Sri Krishna Janmastami Festival. Malpua is also very popular
Bengali Sweet Fritters. Taler bora is a very common and popular Bengali sweet
made from fresh palm juice or pulp. This sumptuous, soft and savorous dish
prepared Taler Bora is one of the famous Bengali homemade sweets.

Ingredients:-

1. Maida / All Purpose Flour-
2 cup
2. Chaler Guro / Rice
Flour – 1/3 cup
3. Suji / Semolina – 1/3
cup
4. Sugar - 1 cup
5. Milk
6. Salt to taste
7. Ripe Palm Pulp - 1 cup
8. Refined oil for deep
fry

Making thin sugar syrup:

1.Sugar – 1 cup
2.Water – 1-1/2 cup
