wedges are often confused with potato fries which is generally thin and has
different shape. potato wedges have more curvy in shape and has very distinct
corners or in other words it can be termed as half moon shaped snack. having
said that, it can be cut into waffle, crinkle or even curly shaped wedges too
.

Ingredients:

  1. Potatoes - 2
  2. Black Pepper Powder – ½ tsp
  3. Salt - 1 tsp
  4. Maida / Plain Flour / Atta
    – ¼ cup
  5. Corn Flour – 2 tbsp
  6. Rice Flour – 2 tbsp
  7. Red chilli flakes - 1 tsp
  8. Finely Chopped Coriander Leaves
    - 1 tsp
  9. Salt - to taste
  10. Oregano / Mixed Herbs - 1
    tsp
  11. Grated Garlic or powder – 5-6
    cloves
  12. Melted butter 2 tsp
  13. Water - as required for a
    batter
  14. Oil - to deep fry
