Ingredients:-

  1. Arhar / Tuvar dal /
    Pigeon Pea - 1/2 cup (washed and soaked for 1/2 an hour)
  2. Bottle Gourd – 200 gm
  3. Green Beans – 50 gm
  4. Eggplant – 1 no.
  5. Carrot – 1 no.
  6. Drumstick – 100 gm
  7. Curry Leaves - 10 to 15
  8. Turmeric Powder - 1/2
    tsp
  9. Sambar Masala - 3 tbsp
  10. Mustard Seeds - 1/3 tsp
  11. Dry Red Chilli - 2
  12. Asafoetida / Hing – 1/8
    tsp
  13. Oil - 3 tbsp
  14. Salt to taste
