Ingredients:-
- Arhar / Tuvar dal /
Pigeon Pea - 1/2 cup (washed and soaked for 1/2 an hour) - Bottle Gourd – 200 gm
- Green Beans – 50 gm
- Eggplant – 1 no.
- Carrot – 1 no.
- Drumstick – 100 gm
- Curry Leaves - 10 to 15
- Turmeric Powder - 1/2
tsp - Sambar Masala - 3 tbsp
- Mustard Seeds - 1/3 tsp
- Dry Red Chilli - 2
- Asafoetida / Hing – 1/8
tsp - Oil - 3 tbsp
- Salt to taste
