easy Indian Chicken Curry recipe, Easy Recipe for Bachelors. This is chicken
curry for beginners and bachelors, it is very easy and delicious recipe and can
be using ingredients easily available at home.

 Ingredients:

- Chicken - 750 gms
- Onions, Sliced- 2 medium
- Garam masala powder- 1
tsp
- Green cardamom- 4
- Cloves- 4
- Cinnamon- 4 sticks
- Suger - 1 tsp or to
taste
- Tomato, Sliced- 1 no
- Potatoes, cut into big pieces-
2 no

For marination:

- Onions paste- 6 tsp
- Ginger paste- 3 tsp
- Garlic paste- 2 tsp
- Turmeric powder- 1-1/2
tsp
- Red Chilli Powder- 2 tsp
- Coriander powder- 2 tsp
- Cumin powder- 2 tsp
- Salt to taste
- Bay leaf- 3 no.
- Mustard Oil- 1 cup

Preparation:

- Marinate the chicken
pieces with the items indicated above. Mix & set aside for at least 30
minutes.
- Put some oil into the
kadhai and fry the potatoes light golden browen and keep aside.
- Sliced the onions.
Process: - Heat oil in a kadhai & add the whole garam masala (cloves,
cardamom & cinnamon). Once it splutters, add the sliced onions.
- Fry on high to medium
for around 3 – 5 mins till onions turn light brown.
- Now add the marinated
chicken & fry on high to medium for around 10 mins.
- Add fried potatoes.
- Continue to “bhuno” on
medium for another 10 mins till the chicken pieces are browned.
- Put tomato pieces and
sugar and stir for 2 – 3 mins.
- Add 2 cup of hot water
and mix well.
- Stir, cover & cook
on low for 10-15 mins till chicken is tender.
- Add garam masala powder,
mix well & put off the flame.
- Cover 2 mins more and
serve.
- Serve hot with roti or
rice.
