MULO SHAK BHAJA IN BENGALI || MOOLI KA SAAG || RADISH GREEN LEAVES FRY
- 1 bunch chopped mulo-shak(radish leaves)
- 1 medium size eggplant
- 1/2 tsp mustard seeds
- 1 dried red chillies
- As needed salt
- As needed turmeric powder
- As needed turmeric powder
- 1/2 tsp sugar
- 3 tbsp mustard oil
- 3 slited green chillis
1. Wash and chopped the mulo shak finely, kuchi-kuchi as we say in Bengali.
3. Cut eggplant into small pieces.
4. Take a pan and put mustard oil. Fry chopped eggplant and keep aside.
5. In the same pan, add dried red chilli, mustard seeds and slited green chillies. Saute few seconds.
6. Now add leaves, turmeric powder, salt, sugar and fry.
7. At the end add fried eggplant and fry it for sometimes.
8. Now it’s ready to serve. Serve with hot steamed rice.
