Dudh Katla Recipe - A Unique Combination of Katla Fish with Milk


Here is an unique new Bengali Style Fish Curry Recipe Dudh Katla.

Ingredients:
  • Katla fish -  3 pcs
  • Milk -          3/4 cup
  • Onion -       1 (medium)
  • Ginger -      1 tsp
  • Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp
  • Slitted green chilli - 2 pcs (garnish)
  • Sugar -         1 1/4 tsp or as per your taste
  • Salt  -             as per your taste
  • Mustard oil -     5 tbsp
  • Clove -              3 pcs
  • Green Cardamom - 3 pcs
  • Cinnamon Stick - 1"
  • Bay leaf   -   2 pcs
  • Red chilli  -   1 pc
  • Cumin seeds  -  1/3 tsp
  • Red chilli powder -  1 tsp
Note:
Do not use lid for this recipe. Only lid can be use at the time of fish fry for protection.
