Begun bhaja is very simple to make but the taste is grate. You cut thickly sliced brinjals in turmeric and seasoning, and fry them on medium heat in a skillet. Using sugar in brinjal fry is Bengali style and it enhance the taste of the fry. Eat it along with steaming rice and dal, roti, paratha, puri and you will loved it.
